Multi Language
The ViewPoint RCS system can facilitate multiple languages within the same survey by routing from the first screen which asks which language the patient would like to respond in.
Multiple language surveys allow excellent accessibility for many ethnic minority groups. Additional languages may be added upon request. 
With survey creation, there are subtleties in language which must be observed to maintain the integrity of the results. For example, 'Press Here' in Spanish actually translates to 'Stamp Here'.
Automatic translation via language software does NOT pick up such subtleties and is therefore not used by CRT. CRT only use the services of professional translators.
CRT can manage translation services upon request, with a fast and efficient turnaround of survey questions and/or open ended response translations. Reports on multi-language surveys are always produced in English, which remains the root language.
