Survey Control
Obtaining patient experience in real time is now possible. With ViewPoint RCS, you can create and deploy surveys to a range of feedback devices as well as creating Online Surveys.
Monitoring response rates is easy – choose to see them by survey and then by location. By drilling down into days of
the week or hours of the day, users may assess how well a survey is working and if the device itself is in the best location.
If changes are considered necessary, users can apply this information by logging in to change the surveys or deploy them to different locations.
• Deploying Surveys - decide your survey locations and assign devices to them.
• Monitor response rates - are your devices in the right locations? Are you asking the right questions?
• Collect your data - Your opportunity to edit your surveys to improve response rates or begin to analyse the results and produce reports in our Survey Analysis Function
