Survey Analysis
CRT’s patient Survey Analysis has been developed to ensure the easy production of reports and detailed analysis. All responses are time and date stamped and coded to a specific location, relating to the device used. This enables the reports to be directly relevant to tracking and improving service levels right down to the minute within a particular service.

The patient survey software enables you to:

ViewPoint RCS is even able to benchmark across a range of sites even though they may be using different patient surveys. For example if a Trust has a patient charter within which there are core values, ViewPoint RCS is able to produce benchmarking sites measuring patient satisfaction across all wards and departments.
