Connectivity Options

The ViewPoint RCS system offers a comprehensive range of connectivity options to deploy new patient surveys to devices or collect the patient feedback from them. 

Simplicity with security

Through consultation with you (and your IT team if necessary), CRT will define and implement the best automated data transfer method for your particular circumstances. This will include an ‘if-all-else-fails’ manual facility to ensure that VP RCS will continue to work for you in the event of the temporary loss of your usual connection method.

Options:

• Local Area Network (LAN)
• Wireless Network (Wifi)
• 3G-GPRS mobile network (requires airtime agreement)
• USB Data ‘Memory Stick’ (may be used as a permanent option or as manual back up)

Your trained and registered users will have the ability to deploy patient surveys to selected touch screen devices as required.
Likewise, feedback may be collected from the devices and uploaded to ViewPoint RCS on demand or scheduled on a regular basis. 

Complex password protection ensures that data can only be transferred by authorised users. ViewPoint RCS is safe, fast and easy to operate.
