Our touch screen devices are integrated with the ViewPoint Research Control Suite (RCS) - our patient satisfaction measurement tool kit, designed for ease and speed of use.

Patient Feedback Survey Devices

Our range of devices enables clients to capture feedback at the patient or visitor 'point of experience'. They may be
used across a variety of locations, such as wards, waiting rooms, reception areas, day rooms, cafes or restaurants.

Utilising an open platform we can import data from a range of survey channels into the ViewPoint RCS for reporting and analysis. CRT's multi-channel approach allows Trust's to reach all demographic groups of their community and CRT can advise on the correct patient survey solution for any scenario.

CRT can advise on a standard off-the-shelf solution or a bespoke NHS Trust package of Tablet PC, Touch Screens, SMS, IVR, Paper and Online Surveys.
