System Overview - Our Approach to Measuring Patient Satisfaction
The ViewPoint Patient Survey Solution is an integrated series of products and services designed to help NHS Trust's easily measure patient satisfaction and complete other clinical audits. The proven accuracy of results gathered, informs improvements to the patient experience. The flexibility of our ‘Self Service’ system enables our clients to create their own surveys in ViewPoint, deploy them to patient survey devices in different locations and specialties, easily and securely upload the feedback data and then create a whole series of different reports. We also offer ‘Managed Services’, where any or all aspects of the patient surveying process can be managed on your behalf.
