Training
As part of the implementation of any self-service solution, CRT hosts training workshops to meet your user requirements. Our enjoyable workshops cover all aspects of the patient feedback devices and services purchased, giving you the skills to use our ViewPoint Patient Survey Software with confidence. 
CRT will identify the members of staff you wish to allocate as ‘super-users’ and grant them administrator access rights. Where appropriate, we will train your super-users to pass their skills on to your team as required.
Training Options Include:
• In-house workshops at CRT’s head office in Coventry,
West Midlands
• On-site client training workshops
• Telephone and ‘Webex/Goto meeting’ training
CRT recognise that training is an ongoing requirement. As such, we offer refresher courses and training for new members of your team throught out the year.
We also run regular forums in Coventry where you can meet other health clients, share best practice and be amongst the first to view our latest software updates.
