We have dedicated customer service professionals and a wealth of survey expertise to share, so even if you’re the only person in your organisation managing feedback, you’ll have the strength of an entire team behind you.

The Choice is Yours
We can give you training so you’re up and running quickly. Some customers prefer more support and demand full implementation. We also offer managed services, so you don’t even need to have training if you don’t want to!

Never Standing Still
Our customers frequently tell us how great ViewPoint is, but we’re never complacent. We employ software specialists whose sole purpose is to enhance ViewPoint with the exciting new features you’ve told us you want. We’ll give you free software upgrades and supporting materials too.

So, how do we deliver our customer care? Read below for the simple stages we will follow when you require our support.

Our loyal customer base is built on the care and attention we give. We know that you demand prompt, professional attention and have established a dedicated, friendly team to answer your calls. Our Warranty Statement sets out the service you can expect in the unlikely event that anything goes wrong with your devices. All touch screens come with a minimum 12 month manufacturer warranty and options for extended warranties for the life of the product are available. 

If you require support with ViewPoint’s functionality, our team is available Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm. We endeavour to resolve all requests for support on the same day.

Our support team will follow these steps:

Call logged, ticket number raised, then;

1. Telephone support provided on a same-day basis
2. Technical issue resolved – ticket closed, or;
3. Technical issue escalated to second line support
4. Technical issue resolved – ticket closed, or;
5. Online support instigated or site visit as required, through to resolution
6. Technical issue resolved – ticket closed
