Quality Improvement and Action Planning

Working with our partners Picker Institute Europe, CRT can deliver fully managed quality improvement services to help utilise patient feedback collected via the Trust's patient experience survey devices to enable positive changes to be made to the service offering in line with patient expectation.

Services are bespoke for each client and can include:

Training

Training is available to help staff understand the patient feedback and how to incoporate the feedback into plans for service improvements.

Patient engagement action planning programmes

Programmes can be developed to support staff in directly involving patients and the public in quality improvement.

In depth analysis
