Bespoke Reporting

Whilst the ViewPoint RCS system enables Trusts to run their own standard reports on demand, we understand that every Trust  has differing requirements of their patient feedback system.

As part of our Managed Services, CRT works closely with clients to identify the exact reports required, their frequency and the benchmarks (such as organisational core values) used to monitor progress. With total flexibility, CRT can schedule reports in the required format and deliver them via the required medium. This is part of our fully Managed Service, designed to suit your specific needs.
