CRT provides flexible packages individually tailored for each client. Now working with over 100 NHS providers, CRT can advise on an off the shelf solution through to a bespoke NHS Trust package.
Our Self-Service solutions allow you to create and control patient surveys then analyse the results for yourself, via our ViewPoint Research Control Suite and our range of patient feedback devices. Self-service options include training and customer support as standard.
Alternatively our clients may opt for our Managed Services, where all aspects of system setup, from survey design to reporting, may be outsourced to CRT. Our Managed Services department gives hands-on support to those clients who choose not to tie up internal resources on managing the survey process.
