Peter Johnson, Chairman
Peter Johnson brings to CRT his long experience of product development in the service sector. He is a former board director of the Automobile Association where he held a series of senior positions and managed a wide range of business activities including responsibility for in-car telematics. He is a former Vice Chairman of ERTICO, the European Intelligent Transport Systems body. From 1999 to 2002 Pete was a director of Trafficmaster Plc where his responsibilities included European strategy and the development of the group’s stolen vehicle and fleet management businesses.

Simon Rowland, Chief Executive Officer
Simon Rowland is a commercially experienced director and business leader with a proven track record. Simon has held senior positions with GE Capital, Exel plc, Trafficmaster plc and Cybit plc. During his time with Trafficmaster, Simon was a founding director of Fleetstar, a fast-growth tech company in tracking and telematics, which he led through a successful trade sale. Since 2006 Simon has taken CRT into a high-growth stage, bringing new process, product, focus and direction to this unique company.

Richard Gamble, Business Development Director
An economics graduate and member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Richard has over 20 years of market research experience. He is one of the leading experts on automated customer feedback in the UK and a judge for the National Customer Service awards.
