July 23, 2010 CRT Announces New Product Upgrades for ViewPoint RCS

CRT, the UK's leading supplier of automated feedback products and services has announced a raft of enhancements to the ViewPoint product.

Over the coming weeks users will find their ViewPoint experience improving and changing with added functionality and an even greater degree of flexibility.

"We have incorporated the feedback we've been receiving from ViewPoint users to ensure we continue to develop the product appropriately," said Simon Dean, Technical Director for CRT. "Our first priority is to improve user experience of ViewPoint, and these latest upgrades will enhance the usability of the product further."

Some of the improvements that ViewPoint customers will be able to use include:

• Improved graphics and branding capabilities - more flexibility in the positioning and sizing of logos to ensure customised surveys are deployed.
• On-device location management - dramatically reduces the amount of time needed to redeploy surveys when using ViewPoint as a self-service user.
• Rather than using text on buttons you can upload images - particularly good for children's surveys and engaging those with learning difficulties.
• Each survey you create can now be previewed within your ViewPoint RCS account as an exact replica of how the survey will appear on your survey device.
• You can now include 'information screens' within your surveys, ideal for communicating changes and improvements, encouraging further engagement.

ViewPoint customers will receive personalised communications over the next few weeks, outlining the easy process of ensuring they receive the full upgrade.
